The product arrived within a few days of making the order; which I was surprised and happy about.I have a black guitar; so it would have been helpful to know that the case was a dark chocolate brown-- instead of a matching black-- but I didn't ask (I had assumed it was black), so I figure that is more my fault, than the company's.The case itself fit my Takamine EG341SC without any difficulty. The material inside was soft and clean, and the pocket for extras was nice and spacious. My only real complaint is probably the glue job on the lining.I don't think you should be able to see the glue job or edges of the fabric coming up on the first day of having the case; but it wasn't enough of a problem for me to go through the hassle of sending the case back. All in all, it does the job I need it to do; so I guess that's good enough for me.
