(More customer reviews)I'm mostly a guitar teacher but I have several bass students and this is the best book I've come across. It starts simply but things get challenging right away and the kids have no problem hanging in because it's interesting. The material is well presented and it's not the same old cheesy stuff. They cover all the styles and the songs are cool. Another thing I really appreciate are the tracks on the CDs - all quality recordings by very good players - no cheese here either. This 3 in 1 book is a good bargain too - will last even the most ambitious kid for 2 years.
