My right index finger was getting very overused and sore from trying to go from picking to fingerpicking when teaching my students. I could not find any easy way to go from one to the other. In desperation I searched on the internet and found this product. I read everything on their website and printed out their measuring template. It turned out that I needed the extra small, but that seemed strange because I am a medium-sized guy, but I called the toll-free number and talked to the person there, who was very helpful and made sure I was measuring properly. She also stated that they would like every customer to be happy, and they will work out an exchange for anyone who picks out the wrong size. But my order turned out perfectly! The moment I opened the box and put on the Jam Kat I could go from picking to fingerstyle. It does what they say it will do. In addition, I find that I can lighten up on my index finger when I pick with the Jam Kat, and therefore I am looking forward to a fully recovered index finger. I highly recommend this product.
