(More customer reviews)The product said that it was like new and that it didn't look used at all. It came with quite a bit of damage, including torn cover and some water damage. It also came a lot longer than expected. They said it would arrive in 10-14 days and took almost a month to get here. I also emailed them to ask about the arrival date and they never emailed me back and it has been weeks. I definitely won't be ordering anything from this bookstore again.
